Send a Message to a Visitor on a Specific Page After X Seconds

In this example, we will send a message to your visitor after they have spent a certain number of seconds on your sales page. The rule is IF Seconds spent on current page is Is More Than 10 seconds and the Current URL contains sales THEN Send this message to your visitor.

Setup steps

• create a new rule
• set the WHEN behavior to any operator is available to chat
• set the IF behavior to EVERYTHING here matches and add your conditions, such as specific url and amount of time on your site or page
• set the THEN behavior to once per site visit and choose Send this message to your visitor. Enter the message text you'd like to send
• save
• toggle the rule to on
