Using the Chatbox for Offline Messages

Enabling the offline message form

When your agents are away from chat or offline, you can turn the chatbox into an offline email form. This can be done from the Offline Text & Forms page.

You can send offline messages to multiple email addresses by separating them with commas in the Send to email field.

Please provide the domain name where your Olark live chat is installed.
Include the relevant transcript URL, if possible. You can send us the specific URL from your Transcripts page.
If you see specific error messages, banners, warnings, notices, etc., please let us know here.
