Debug Info for Olark Chat

Occasionally, an Olark agent might ask you for debug information from your chat.olark.com session in order to better investigate an issue you're having.

Enable debug mode in Olark Classic

To gather this information, hit the shortcut Shift + . or Shift + > in your browser while on the chat.olark.com page. Your cursor should not be in the text box when trying use the Shift + . or Shift + > shortcut.

Please copy the contents inside that window and provide that to your agent on chat or send it via email to support@olark.com.
