We offer two (2) types of agent seat types:
Admin seats have access to all account settings (e.g., billing, Automation Rules, etc.) as well as all of the functionality of an Agent seat.
It’s not possible to have an Admin-only account purely for the purposes of supervising. Anyone needing to access the Olark account will need their own individual agent seat.
Agent seats have access to only chat transcripts, as well as being able to edit their own profile and view their own chat ratings. Agents will not have access to important account components such as creating groups, adjusting or viewing billing information, or creating Automation Rules.
All accounts, whether administrator or agent, have the ability to chat and therefore count towards your chat agent total.
