Olark currently has a number of available agents per plan. Each agent can either be an administrator with access to all account settings, or an agent with access to all chat transcripts as well as being able to edit their own profile and view their own chat ratings.

It’s not possible to have an administrator account purely for the purposes of supervising. All accounts, whether administrator or agent, have the ability to chat and therefore count towards your chat agent total.
