Reset Instructions

It's really easy to reset your password with Olark, just go to our login page and enter your email address. Click the lost password link that appears and follow the instructions on screen.

NOTE: if your account uses SSO (like Google or Microsoft) to log in, you'll need to reset your password through that service.

Notes

Using non-standard latin characters (for example ö, å, ä) to create a password is initially accepted but results in an incorrect password error when actually logging in. We recommend that you avoid those characters. If you used them, please use the reset link above to reset your password.

The billing email address on the account can be and often is different from your agent login email. If you try to reset your password using your billing email address, you will receive an email stating no account is associated with the address.
