Using Olark & ActiveDEMAND together

This integration makes it easy to connect your Olark chat contacts and transcripts to ActiveDEMAND for your marketing automation. With a few quick steps outlined below, you’ll be able to connect your Olark and ActiveDEMAND accounts and provide a streamlined experience for your site visitors.

1. Make sure you have both the ActiveDEMAND and Olark scripts on your site.

   Log in and copy your Olark embed code.

2. ActiveDEMAND will automatically detect Olark and scrape all conversations to insert them into the timeline. It will even detect email addresses embedded in the conversation and associate them with the visitor.

3. You can even use the !ad_info command to see the ActiveDEMAND link for the visitor during a chat.
