Set Up Olark
Install Olark on Your Website
Copying and pasting the Olark code can be tricky if you don't have experience with HTML, so we've made some tutorials to walk you through the process. Just find your type of site on the sidebar to the right.
Connect Your IM Client
Other live chat providers force you to use bloated, difficult to use web consoles, but with Olark you get to use a lightweight IM client. We recommend Adium for Mac and Pidgin for PC.

Learn To Use !commands
!commands (pronounced "bang commands") allow you to easily do things like transfer a conversation to another operator, send a transcript to your CRM, or block someone from talking to you. To learn how to use them, read our blog post.
Track Your Data With Google Analytics
Our custom integration with Google Analytics allows you to track how many messages you're sending and receiving, and how many total conversations each operator is having. Click here for installation instructions, and here for help using the data in your Google Analytics dashboard.
