Start our integration page, where you can connect several leading CRM apps with Olark. Here you will see empty text fields, where you will need to enter information from Zendesk itself.

We recommend enabling the pre-chat survey in your Olark settings. This prompts the visitor to enter their name and email address before starting a chat.

If you use the !lead command, we will generate a link to the case in Zendesk, where you can find the chat transcript. Alternatively, use the !tag command to add a tag to the case in Zendesk, in order to keep track of important keywords related to each customer.

When you head over to Zendesk, you can see the full text of the conversation you just had, along with information about the visitor. On the sidebar you can even see we've created a profile for the visitor so you can easily access past conversations you've had with them.
