  Visit your Team page.
  Select the blue Invite Agent button at the top-left section of the page. If the button displays no available seats, you will need to first adjust your billing details or deactivate a current agent on your team.
  Enter the agent&amp;rsquo;s email address where the invitation will be sent.</description>

Choose how often, what content and which agent group the report should pertain to. Reports are delivered at 8am on the day specified (make sure you&amp;rsquo;ve got your correct timezone selected in your profile).
 A report will not be sent if there is no activity during the specified time period.</description>
