Follow the tutorial

Log in to Olark
Sign into your WordPress admin panel:
Access the sidebar modules portion of the admin panel.
Add an html module to any sidebar you like.
Copy your Olark code.
Log in to Olark to get your code
Paste your code into the html module.
Hit save and you're all set!
