Adding Olark to Joomla (tutorial created in version 1.5.14)

Following the steps outlined below will have you communicating with customers in no time.

  1. Log in to Olark
  2. Log into your Joomla administration area.
  3. Click on the "Template Manager" in Extensions>>Template Manager
  4. Click your current theme:
  5. Click on "Edit HTML"
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the editor panel and paste Olark Javascript above the </body> tag.
    Your Olark javascript: Log in to Olark to get your code
  7. Click save.
  8. Celebrate!
