Using Olark Commands

-
!block- Ignore all messages from a user.Sometimes people are jerks, and it's best to just ignore them. With Olark's !block command, you can do it really easily. Just type !block into your chatbox and you won't receive any more messages from that person.
-
!transfer- Transfer a conversation to another operator. If you want another operator to handle a conversation, type !transfer into the chatbox, then a message to the other operators, and we'll notify all the operators by showing them that the conversation is open and the message that you sent to them.
-
!push- Send a visitor to a URL.With !push, you can make a visitor go to a URL automatically. They don't even need to click the link. Be careful with this one - you don't want to interrupt anything they might be doing!
-
