(similar for BlackBerry & Android)- Install BeeJive on your iPhone if you haven't already by searching for "BeeJive" in the AppStore
- Launch BeeJive, open the "accounts" tab, and click "+" to add a new account.
- Select "Jabber"

Enter username@olark.com for your username and the password you use to log into our website then click "save".

In the accounts pane click the arrow to edit the status of your Olark account
- Select 'Available' in the status menu to bring your Olark account online.
- Click on "Buddy List" to chat with visitors on your site!
