      <title>chat.olark.com failure</title>
      <description>Hey everyone, this is the second day in which I've had issues accessing the online chat portal (in Chrome). It says "Unable to connect to server. Please try reloading your browser." 

As a quick suggestion from the support staff, I tired clearing the cache etc. but it hasn't made a difference to the problem.

Pidgin still works, but I can't use it in the cloud.

Anyone else getting this?</description>

      <title>ERROR AT MAGENTO CHECKOUT</title>
      <description>Dear Sirs,

When I use Olark CartSaver Magento Extensions, I get the error:
Mage registry key "_singleton/olark_chatbox_model_observer" already exists

And my customers can't finish their orders, because they get this error at the end of the checkout process...

I saw that other user get the same error (April 29, 2013 - http://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/olark-live-chat-4598.html) but nobody answered him...

Can you help me?!

I am writing this message as I have premium user account with premium email support (reg account kass6@ka7-tour.ru).
We have some problems during of use olark chat.

As you can see the problem is when the other users get involved into chat session with another visitor.
You can see the visitors ID are different. And it very confused for our operators, because different visitors have different requests.

Please help us to solve the situation.

      <title>One users chats suddenly not working correctly</title>
      <description>Hi,

Bit of a weird one... I've had 4 users happily using olark as a support chat on my companies website for a few months now. No problems at all. All users are using Pidgin.

Today, one user in particular is showing as available to chat and is receiving chats perfectly fine, but his replies are not showing on the chat side. I've checked all of his chat settings to no avail.

I thought initially that the problem was with Pidgin so have reinstalled that - didn't help.

I even tried deleting that user from olark then setting him up again - but that hasn't helped either.

Now the most interesting development. Even when I log in to my account and select to chat as this user - I can receive messages but my replies do not show on the chat side.

I've tried this on multiple computers, multiple OS and multiple chat clients - the issue seems somehow to be with this specific users account (even though I've deleted it and then remade it). All three other users have no issues at all.

I'm at  a loss! HELP!

When someone writes to chat and receives no response in some time than chat switches to offline mode.
Our operator receives the following message: "Still here? If you are, start typing a message; we marked you away for future visitors because a current visitor tried to chat with you and didn't get a response".

The problem is that our operators sometimes respond slowly to messages, and they do not understand English.

Is it possible to turn this feature off? Or to change amount of time, after which the chat will go to offline mode.

I've been using Olark for a while with Pidgin and it works great.

My only issue is that if I am working on multiple sites at once my own connections start to fill the Buddy List.

I am looking for a way to block my fixed IP from showing up in the Buddy List. Currently I am manually moving my own listings to the Operators panel just so I have a clear division between my connections and genuine visitors to my sites.

Does anyone know how to block or hide a Buddy by IP?

      <title>Single Operator is Receiving No Messages From Site Visitors</title>
      <description>We have a user who is able to successfully login and take chats, but only the responses they send seem to go to the customer, while no customer responses get shown.

The account has been properly configured for quite some time (using Adium for Mac) with no issue until the last day or two.

Previously, signing out then back in fixed this, but now it makes no difference.

      <title>Bounce rate</title>
      <description>Hi,

I have a very high bounce rate in my Google Analytics, but I don't get that many notifications of a visitor to my site (the chat auto pops up after 15 seconds).

Could the Olark facility be miss counted as a visitor? What I mean is when Olark checks in to see if I'm online or not, could that be mistaken by Google as a visit?

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.
