real time chat data from olark

hey is this possible,
i want the following data. is their any api available to get it:

1. No of visitors online
2. No of Visitors chatting at any given point of time
3. No of chats being handled by the users
4. Log in time
5. Ideal time
6. Total chats handled in the session
7. Avg chat handling time
8. Avg response time.
