Can I store frequently used push links for customers?
There are 3 or 4 pages on our site that I seem to be repeatedly sending people to. Is there a way to store these links so when I go to insert a link, these frequent ones will be there at a glance? As it is now, I have to go to our site and manually copy the link and then paste it in the box.
We don't currently have canned responses, so I recommend a third party app like TextExpander to store links and other text for auto-insertion into chats.
