Restrict chat transcript viewing to allow operators to only see their own chats

Is there any way to restrict chat transcript viewing so that when an operator logs in he can only view chats he's participated in and not those by other operators?

Is there a way to setup e-mail so that those who participate in a chat get e-mailed the transcript, but not those who didn't?

no, that's a bit more granular than we've currently built out the specs. with transcripts it's either admin/yes for viewing or nonadmin/no
