Restrict chat transcript viewing to allow operators to only see their own chats
Is there any way to restrict chat transcript viewing so that when an operator logs in he can only view chats he's participated in and not those by other operators?
Is there a way to setup e-mail so that those who participate in a chat get e-mailed the transcript, but not those who didn't?

Nope, all operator accounts can see all the chat transcripts currently and there is no way to restrict transcript viewing to one's own chat transcripts.
The email setup is pretty basic. One (or more) addresses get mailed all transcripts. We may get way more granular with this in the future.
