Olark Live chat Button is not working on MAC Firefox
Live chat button is not displayed on the MAC Firefox browser instead of the button some java-script coding is displaying.
If this is the same person who sent an email to support@olark.com, I looked at your site on FF on a Macbook pro and everything look fine. If this is not the same person, can you post a link to your site so it can be checked out?
... what version of FF you're using. The support query person was on FF 2.3 ancient history in terms of browser and browser plugin history
