Ok, so olark won't work with "messages" on mountain lion I take it?

(i can chat with customers when they start a chat but i can't see the users on the site, and hence can't start chat with them...)
The latest version of 'iMessage' or 'Messages' (6.1) does not display the buddy list by default. To view the your site visitors in your buddy list, go to the Messages menu and open "Window" > "Buddies"
Another way to initiate chats with your site visitors is to do so automatically, using the Greeter
