Single Operator is Receiving No Messages From Site Visitors

We have a user who is able to successfully login and take chats, but only the responses they send seem to go to the customer, while no customer responses get shown.

The account has been properly configured for quite some time (using Adium for Mac) with no issue until the last day or two.

Previously, signing out then back in fixed this, but now it makes no difference.

Please let us know what additional details we can provide to assist with troubleshooting.

It sounds very much like they have more than one instance of adium or a chat client on a mobile device.

Make sure that your operator is logged out of all but one chat client or device (another laptop, an iphone, etc...). If you give me the web site you've got Olark on, I can trace to your account backend and check it out for you.
