Targeted chat, it's here. What do you think about it?

Yep, it's finally rolled out in all its glory Targeted chat: http://www.olark.com/blog/2012/targeted-chat/

What do you think about it? Any suggestions for new rules, new ways of using it? Any questions about how to use it or did you find a bug?!!?

Let us know. we're proud as punch of this new feature and find it super fun and useful, but we're certainly interested in hearing how y'all out in the wild are doing with it.

The action to "Hide the Olark chat box" -- after page load, the chat box shows briefly before hiding.

^ I think we're abusing the feature but it kind of works. Since you don't support multiple web properties (Grr.), we're repurposing our Olark on a different web property than before. It would be nice to be able to enable/disable Olark without doing a release of removed JS, and without using Optimizely.

That first post is a known bug due to load order. We'll get that sorted.

This is a great feature.

However, can I lock returning customers to a operator group permanently. For now I see the option as "once per visit" and noticed that the operator group gets removed for a visit.

How are you identifying the lock-- per page? e.g. if a visitor is on wyz.com, lock to sales group -- that would assure the chat going to the right group assuming the visitor on subsequent visit started the chat on that page.
