We'd like to track how the customer on chat actually got to our website. Adwords, organic search, referring site, etc. I don't get that info in the Olark chat transcripts or in Google Analytics. Is there a way to set this up?

You can find all of this information in our Transcripts actually!
If you are looking at a transcript, at the very bottom of the page you will see a link for "see advanced info" link.
If you click on that, the information you are looking for is in there!

The reply is correct, but that information will not be inside adwords. The whole point of adwords, and to make it work, is to see in youd adwords dashboard on adwords.google.com what is working and what is not. The only way to do that is with tracking code. There must be a way to simply copy and paste the adwords tracking code into the olark code, so that the adwords code is triggered when a visitor sends the first chat. Any ideas?

I would love an answer to this question as well. I've been looking for a way to fire an AdWords conversion pixel upon the start of a two-way conversation. I watched the video on Analytics and it shows that you can track two-way conversations in there, but having the data in AdWords would be much more beneficial when it comes to optimizing campaigns based on keywords that drove chat conversations. Help!
