Many modern websites today use Ajax technologies (like Backbone.js) to make websites feel faster and snappier by not refreshing the page for each link you click. However, for some older browsers, Olark might "miss out" on the Ajax page change if you have not configured Olark to show those changes.
To make Olark show your Ajax page-changes in older browsers, go to your Advanced configuration and enable "Report Navigation On The Same Page". It looks like this:
Once you have this enabled, all of your Ajax page changes will show up as normal page changes in Olark. Pretty cool!
