Enabling visitor chat sounds

How can I make sure that my customers can be alerted that I've responded to their  chat message?  They may have gone to another page or browser while waiting?

Sure you can enable our new Olark sounds which will alert your chatting visitors that you've responded, by going to The Hatchery from the dashboard tab of our account


and enabling the beta features and then enable the setting here: https://www.olark.com/extensions/visitor_notifications
