Adding Olark to Joomla 1.6
- Log into your Joomla administration area.

Click on the "Template Manager" in Extensions →Template Manager

Click on the "Templates" tab near the top

Click your current theme:

Click on "Edit main page template"
-
Scroll to the bottom of the editor panel and paste Olark Javascript above the </body> tag.
Your Olark Javascript: -
Click on "Edit error page template"
- Paste your code into the bottom of this panel, just like with the Main page template
-
Click save.
- Celebrate!
