Adding Olark to your Zen Cart website
Follow the below steps and you'll be communicating with customers in no time.
- To add Olark code to your Zen Cart website, you need access to Zen Cart's core files via C-Panel or your ftp program

Locate the "includes" directory

Locate and open the "template" directory and then the "common" directory

Locate and Open "tpl_footer.php" with your favorite text editing program such as Notepad or Dreamweaver

Paste your Olark code at the very bottom of this file and be sure to Save it before closing

Preview Olark on your Zen Cart Site and complete the steps necessary to configure your Instant Messaging Program
