Installing Olark in osCommerce Tutorial

Adding Olark Live Chat to your osCommerce website

Follow the below steps and you'll be communicating with customers in no time.

  1. Log into your osCommerce Store Administration account
  2. From your Store Administration home screen, click on Tools in the left hand column

  3. Select File Manager from the drop down list
  4. Double Click on Includes in the File Manager Window
    Step two
  5. Select by clicking on the php file which corresponds to the area of your Oscommerce store you would like your Olark Live Chat function to display.
    We've chosen footer.php

  6. On the right side of your screen, click on Edit. The column-left.php code will open

  7. Paste your Olark code below all the other code and be sure toSave

    Your Olark javascript:


  8. Then click Online Catalog to check out Olark on your osCommerce Site.
