Installing Olark in Magento Go Tutorial

Adding Olark Live Chat to your Magento Go website

Following the steps outlined below will have you communicating with customers in no time.

  1. Log into your Magento Store Administration account.


  2. From your Store Admin Panel home screen, click on System in the top navigation toolbar.


  3. Select Configuration from the drop down list.
  4. Under Configuration, click Design in the leftside navigation.

  5. In the Design Editor, scroll down to the Footer section and locate the Miscellaneous HTML box. Copy and paste your olark.com website code within the box.


  6. Be sure to click Save Config, then go to your Magento Store Front to check out Olark chat box in the lower left corner. 
  7. You’re all set, be sure to upgrade from free Olark to take advantage of all of our premium features!
