Adding Olark Live Chat to your Interspire Shopping Cart

Following the steps outlined below will have you communicating with customers in no time.


    1. Log into your Interspire Store Administration account 
      Step One
    2. Locate 'Settings' in the top right menu of your main Interspire administration page
      Step two
    3. From the drop down menu choose Live Chat Settings
      Step Three
    4. Click the check box for Other Third Party Live Chat Service from the list, and then select the tab with the same name
      Step four
    5. Paste your Olark code into the box provided and don't forget to Save
      Step Five
    6. Preview Olark on your Interspire Site and complete the steps necessary to configure your Instant Messaging Program
      Step six
    7. You’re all set
