Log into your Interspire Store Administration account
- Locate 'Settings' in the top right menu of your main Interspire administration page

From the drop down menu choose Live Chat Settings

Click the check box for Other Third Party Live Chat Service from the list, and then select the tab with the same name

Paste your Olark code into the box provided and don't forget to Save

Preview Olark on your Interspire Site and complete the steps necessary to configure your Instant Messaging Program
