Using Olark with Salesforce

Visit our Salesforce integration page

Click connect to be taken to Salesforce to log in securely.

Once you are connected, click "Send a Test to CRM" to make sure things are working.

You can then view your test case in Salesforce.

When a visitor comes to your site they can fill in their contact information

While chatting with them you can type "!lead" to create a lead based on their information
