Our team does this every day of the year. Today for example I spent over an
hour trawling through a customers own code trying to find what was breaking
their site and then had one of our senior techs come online to help resolve
the issue even though it was a weekend and our team member was enjoying a
much needed day off.

(VPASP Didn’t do this, so I did it for them. Bwaahahahaha)

Bar none we provide the best support in the industry. We have one of the

How does your product make the world a better place?
Our web site is green. What else can I say. 
What is the most impressive thing somebody at your company has ever done?
Wow, difficult one. Running for charity for breast cancer awareness was the
most recent quietly proud moment we enjoyed.
How can people use Olark and VPASP together?
I can see Olark being used by VPASP merchants as a powerful tool to assist
closing sales by being able to interact instantly with the customer to allay
any presales jitters the customer may be feeling.
What’s the one thing you want people to take away from this?
Running an online business can be hard. Connecting with your customers will
